Job SummaryUsha Capacitors Limited is looking for a highly capable and experienced Purchase Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial procurement. The candidate should have strong negotiation skills, vendor management capabilities, cost-control expertise, and the ability to ensure timely procurement of quality materials for manufacturing operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle procurement of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and industrial raw materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts to achieve maximum cost savings.
• Source new vendors and identify alternative suppliers for critical materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
• Compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and maintain procurement records.
• Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and management teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and on-time delivery from suppliers.
• Use ERP systems, MS Excel, and digital tools effectively for purchase management.
• RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing purchase operations.
• Strong negotiation and vendor development skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and costing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates with experience in electrical, electronics, capacitor, or industrial manufacturing companies will be preferred.
