Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the assigned territories. You will develop and maintain relationships with key construction firms, manufacturers, and industrial buyers, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets through consultative selling and market penetration strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the assigned territory
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value construction and industrial accounts
Conduct site visits and understand customer needs, product requirements, and pricing sensitivity
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Prepare sales reports, track pipeline, and forecast revenue
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
Gather market intelligence on competitors and customer feedback
