Job Description
Role Summary:
Drive sales through agency channel by recruiting, training, and managing agents to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage agents
- Drive sales and meet targets
- Ensure agent activation and productivity
- Provide field-level support
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Post Graduate (any discipline)
- 6 months–5 years sales experience (BFSI/HL/Any Sales)
- Must own a two-wheeler
Skills:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Comfortable with field sales
CTC₹3–4 LPA + incentives
