Position: Computer Operator

Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing computer systems, maintaining records, performing data entry tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents as required.
• Monitor computer systems and ensure their smooth functioning.
• Maintain digital and physical records accurately.
• Handle emails and assist with office correspondence.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular backups of important company data.
• Assist various departments with administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Report system issues and coordinate with technical support when necessary.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
• Basic computer troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with internet browsing and email management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

• 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
• Basic computer certification will be an added advantage.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
