Job Description

Growth Marketing Executive


Location: Kanpur (Work From Office)


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns and customer follow-ups.
  • Create and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns.
  • Set up and manage retargeting campaigns.
  • Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
  • Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
  • Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.


Requirements

  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Marketplace Management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and basic CRM/WhatsApp marketing.
  • Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Good communication, analytical, and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT will be an added advantage.
