Financial Advisor

We are looking for a Financial Advisor with experience in the UK IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) process to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing clients’ financial situations, providing suitable debt solutions, and guiding clients through the IVA process in compliance with UK regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ financial circumstances including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities
• Advise clients on suitable debt solutions such as IVA, DMP, DRO, and bankruptcy
• Explain the IVA process clearly and ethically to UK-based clients
• Collect and verify required financial documents
• Prepare accurate case files and proposals for Insolvency Practitioners
• Ensure all advice complies with UK FCA and insolvency guidelines
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients throughout the IVA lifecycle
• Meet individual and team performance targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client trust
• Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in UK IVA / Debt Management / Financial Advisory roles
• Strong understanding of UK debt solutions and compliance standards
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations professionally
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of UK financial regulations (FCA guidelines preferred)
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with UK clients

• Experience in BPO / KPO / Financial Services sector
• Knowledge of CRM tools and case management systems
