Job Description

Role Overview: Own end-to-end hiring and people operations across our preschool and K12 ICSE school — managing recruitment, staff relations, and HR administration for teaching and support staff alike.

Job Description:

  • Run end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching roles (teachers, admin, and support staff) — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Draft professional content: job posts, offer letters, policies, and notices.
  • Handle salary negotiations and track market compensation trends.
  • Act as a bridge between staff and management; manage onboarding, engagement, and grievances.
  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, and communication for the Board and management.
  • Drive staff welfare and engagement initiatives; pitch in on general operations as needed.
