Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement
- Handle statutory compliance including Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, Professional Tax, and TDS
- Knowledge in billing, payment processing, and invoice raising, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and government regulations
- Prepare and validate payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, incentives, bonuses, and deductions
- Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation and audit readiness
- Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for salary reconciliation and reporting
- Generate payroll reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and compliance
