Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handling accounting entries in Tally & Google Sheets
- GST billing, e-way bill generation & invoice management
- Vendor payment coordination & purchase accounting
- Maintaining customer ledgers & account reconciliation
- MIS data entry and reporting support
- Checking and drafting professional emails
- Managing personal files, documents & basic income tax-related records
- Coordinating with internal departments for accounts-related work
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Tally & MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Good communication and email drafting skills
- Knowledge of GST billing & accounting processes
- Attention to detail and proper record management
- Responsible, organized & willing to learn
