Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
Provide detailed product information and recommend suitable products.
Assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail counter.
Keep track of inventory levels and inform management of stock shortages.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Promote ongoing sales, discounts, and new product launches.
Follow store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in visual merchandising and product displays.
