Job Overview:
A telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls or handling inbound calls to interact with customers. The role involves explaining products or services, resolving customer queries, generating leads, and sometimes closing sales.
- 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
