Position: US Recruiter Trainee (IT / Non-IT / Healthcare / National BPO)

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Location: Damodar Nagar, Kanpur - WFO/WFH (Work From Home)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Monthly stipend increment based on performance , Joinee and progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media

• Understanding client requirements and matching suitable candidates

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates

• Maintaining candidate records and recruitment database

• Supporting the recruitment team in closing open positions

Eligibility:

• Freshers and candidates interested in starting a career in recruitment are welcome

• Very Strong communication skills in English

• Willingness to work in night shift (US timings)

• Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage
