Desk Executive / Junior Academic Counsellor

We are looking for a confident and professional Front Desk Executive / Junior Academic Counsellor to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as an Academic Counsellor or Front Desk Executive
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle student enquiries and admissions
Basic knowledge of MS Office & WhatsApp handling
Professional personality and positive attitude
Ability to manage walk-ins, calls, follow-ups, and counselling
Job Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in students and parents
Explain courses, fees, and admission process
Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups
Maintain student records and daily reports
Coordinate with management and faculty team
Manage front desk operations professionally
Preferred Skills:
Fluent in Hindi & basic English communication
Smart, presentable, and disciplined
Target-oriented and responsible
