Business Development Manager (Individual Contributor + Team Lead)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate (BDA) who can drive sales individually while also taking ownership of team performance.

This is a senior-level BDA role with leadership responsibilities, ideal for someone who excels in closing deals and can also guide a team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with leads, counsel prospects, and convert them into customers
• Handle the complete sales cycle from pitching to closing
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets
• Support and guide junior BDAs in their daily activities
• Help team members in handling objections and closing deals
• Monitor team performance and contribute to achieving overall team targets
• Conduct basic training sessions and mock calls when required
• Maintain proper CRM updates and reporting discipline 

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development
• Strong sales and closing skills with proven performance
• Experience in guiding or supporting a team (formal or informal)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take ownership of both individual and team targets
