We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Career Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide, counsel, and motivate students and job seekers regarding their academic and career paths. The candidate must be comfortable handling inquiries over calls, understanding candidate requirements, and providing suitable career guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and professionals regarding career opportunities, courses, training programs, and placement assistance.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Understand candidate profiles and recommend appropriate career solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates.
• Follow up regularly with leads and ensure proper conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in CRM systems.
• Address candidate queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding admissions, placements, and training programs.
• Achieve counseling and enrollment targets while maintaining high service quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Career Counseling, Academic Counseling, Telecalling, Admissions Counseling, Customer Relationship Management, or Sales will be preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
