Join our team as a UK Survey Executive and help gather valuable customer insights through outbound survey calls. If you have excellent communication skills and are comfortable interacting with people over the phone, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound survey calls to UK-based customers

• Ask survey questions professionally and accurately record responses

• Maintain a positive and courteous approach during calls

• Ensure data quality and compliance with survey guidelines

• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets

• Update records and reports as required

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills

• Comfortable working in UK shift timings

• Good listening and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Prior experience in surveys, telecalling, customer service, or BPO is preferred

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently
