Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Voice Process Executive with prior IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken English skills and hands-on experience handling international customers in a voice-based process.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle outbound/inbound international calls professionally.
- Assist customers with IVA-related queries and guide them through the process.
- Explain financial solutions clearly and confidently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Requirements:Minimum 1 year of IVA experience (mandatory).
- Experience in International Voice Process (UK/US preferred).
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
- Preferred Skills:Good listening skills and objection handling.
- Sales or lead conversion experience.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
