Job Overview:

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive with proven hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns. The candidate must be capable of independently handling ad accounts and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage daily budgets and improve key metrics like CTR, CPL, and ROAS
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Track conversions, implement pixels, and ensure proper campaign tracking
• Analyze campaign performance and scale high-performing campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and landing pages
• Share regular performance reports with actionable insights

Required Skills (Strict):

• Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and targeting
• Experience in lead generation or sales-driven campaigns
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and basic analytics
• Good analytical and data interpretation skills

Important Note:

Freshers or candidates without practical ads experience will NOT be considered.

Preferred:

• Experience with Google Analytics / Tag Manager
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently
