- Telecalling and handling customer inquiries professionally
- Maintaining and organizing documentation
- Performing back-office and administrative tasks
- Coordinating with team members and supporting daily office operations
- Updating records and maintaining data accuracy
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
- Ability to handle documentation and office records efficiently
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in telecalling or office administration will be an advantage
