Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new leads through field visits and market outreach.
2. Meet E-Rickshaw owners, drivers, fleet operators, and potential customers.
3. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and warranty details.
4. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert them into customers.
5. Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
6. Coordinate and support battery installation in E-Rickshaws after sales.
7. Maintain customer records and daily sales activity reports.
8. Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
9. Collect market feedback and competitor information.

Requirements

1. 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2C Sales, Direct Sales, or Retail Sales.
2. Good communication and convincing skills.
3. Ability to generate self-leads and close sales independently.
4. Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
5. Basic understanding of E-Rickshaw, EV, Battery, Automobile, or related industries is preferred.
6. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
