Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates.
- Coordinate the recruitment and hiring process.
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee queries and support HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records.
