"Key Responsibilities & Task Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding."

• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational processes.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, and statutory compliance.
• Monitor employee performance, conduct performance reviews, and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Resolve employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts professionally.
• Drive employee engagement, team-building activities, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, NDAs, and confidentiality agreements.
• Build and maintain recruitment pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards, including hiring metrics, attrition, attendance, and workforce analytics.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and workforce planning.
• Conduct training, induction sessions, and HR awareness programs for employees.
• Strengthen company culture by promoting accountability, transparency, and high performance.
• Continuously improve HR processes to enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.
