Independent Youth Logistics ek energetic aur growth-oriented Recruiter Executive ki talash mein hai jo delivery riders, warehouse staff aur logistics workforce ki hiring process ko efficiently manage kar sake. Candidate ko sourcing, screening, interviewing aur onboarding activities handle karni hongi.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Riders, Warehouse Associates aur Logistics Staff ki recruitment karna.
Candidates ki telephonic screening aur interview scheduling karna.
Hiring targets ko time par achieve karna.
Candidate database maintain aur update karna.
Required documents collect aur verify karna.
New hires ke onboarding process ko coordinate karna.
Hiring reports aur recruitment MIS prepare karna.
Operations team ke saath coordination karke manpower requirements fulfill karna.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills (Hindi & Basic English).
Recruitment aur talent acquisition ka basic knowledge.
Target-oriented aur result-driven approach.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
Recruitment preferred.
Salary = ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Experience aur performance ke basis par)
