Operation Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Policy Issuance Executive to manage end-to-end issuance of motor insurance policies efficiently and accurately. The candidate will coordinate with insurance companies, dealers, and internal teams to ensure timely policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Issuance of motor insurance policies for:

Private Car

Commercial Vehicle

Two Wheeler

Tractor

Coordination with insurance companies and dealer partners

Preparing quotations and premium comparisons

Handling policy endorsements, cancellations, and renewals

Verification of customer documents and KYC

Maintaining MIS reports and policy records

Following up for pending approvals and payments

Ensuring TAT compliance and error-free issuance

Supporting claim and customer service teams when required

Maintaining good relationships with insurers and channel partners

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of motor insurance products

Good communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of MS Excel and email handling

Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines

Attention to detail and accuracy

Team player with positive attitude
