Job Purpose

The International Sales Advisor will be responsible for generating and converting prospective leads through outbound sales calls to international customers. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and achieving individual as well as team sales targets through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective international customers and generate qualified leads.

·        Promote and sell company products and services to customers over calls.

·        Handle customer objections, escalations, and product-related queries professionally and effectively.

·        Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system/CRM.

·        Ensure continuous lead generation and follow-up activities as per company processes and SOPs.

·        Adhere to individual, team, and shift-wise service level expectations and performance metrics.

·        Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

·        Identify opportunities to expand the company’s customer and service network by gathering relevant market information.

·        Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and existing customers.

·        Collaborate with Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Management to achieve business and revenue goals.

·        Manage and take ownership of assigned customer programs and sales campaigns.

·        Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.

Hiring Requirements -

Educational Qualification

·        Graduate or Undergraduate from a recognized institution.

Experience  

Freshers can apply for this role.

·        Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO process. (Preferred)

·        Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales. (Preferred)

Age Criteria

·        Minimum 18 Years to Maximum 30 Years.

Skills & Knowledge    

Excellent verbal communication skills in English as per international process standards.

·        Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

·        Good computer proficiency and system handling skills.

·        Professional telephone etiquette and customer-handling capabilities.

·        Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

·        Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

·        Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule & Employment Details  

Work Mode: Onsite/ Work from Office

·        Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturdays could be working; depends on operations)

·        Shift: Night Shift (Candidates should be comfortable with shift changes, if required)

·        Current Shift timings – 5PM - 2AM IST
