As the Team Collection Manager, you will play a vital role in the TFE Recovery Branch, overseeing a team of collection specialists. Your primary focus will be on managing and recovering AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS, ensuring timely and efficient processes. This role offers an opportunity to lead and mentor a team, contributing to the overall success of the Recovery Branch.
- Lead and mentor a team of collection specialists, providing guidance and support.
- Manage and oversee the collection process for AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS, ensuring timely recovery.
- Implement effective collection strategies and techniques to maximize recovery rates.
- Monitor and analyze collection performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate smooth recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the collection process.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex collection issues and disputes.
- Provide regular updates and reports on collection activities and progress to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt collection and recovery.
- Support and contribute to the overall growth and success of the TFE Recovery Branch.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a collection management role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong knowledge of debt collection processes and regulations, especially in the agricultural sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to collection management.
- Proficiency in using collection management software and tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
