Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, interact with customers, and promote products or services. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain call records and update customer information in CRM
