Job Description
इस पद पर कार्य करने वाली महिला उम्मीदवार का मुख्य कार्य ग्राहकों से फोन पर बात करना, उन्हें उत्पादों एवं सेवाओं की जानकारी देना, WhatsApp के माध्यम से ग्राहकों से संपर्क बनाए रखना तथा उनकी आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार सहायता करना होगा। इसके साथ ही कंप्यूटर पर सामान्य कार्य, ग्राहक एवं ऑर्डर की जानकारी दर्ज करना, बिलिंग या अन्य कार्यालय संबंधी कार्यों में सहयोग करना भी जिम्मेदारी का हिस्सा रहेगा। स्टोर पर आने वाले ग्राहकों का विनम्रता से स्वागत करना, उनकी आवश्यकता समझकर सही सामान उपलब्ध कराना, दुकान में रखे सामान को व्यवस्थित तरीके से सजाना, स्टॉक को सुव्यवस्थित रखना तथा दुकान की साफ-सफाई और व्यवस्था बनाए रखने में सहयोग करना भी आवश्यक होगा। उम्मीदवार का व्यवहार अच्छा, संवाद कौशल प्रभावी, कार्य के प्रति जिम्मेदार और सीखने की इच्छा रखने वाली होनी चाहिए। अनुभवी उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी, लेकिन इच्छुक फ्रेशर भी आवेदन कर सकती हैं।
