Job Description

Position: Front Office cum Admin Executive

Company: Pinewood Resort, Karjat

Working Hours:

  • Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and guest check-ins/check-outs
  • Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and reservations
  • Manage OTA bookings (Online Travel Agency platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, etc.)
  • Update room inventory, rates, and booking calendars across platforms
  • Prepare bills, invoices, and daily financial records
  • Coordinate with external CA/accounting professionals for financial documentation, compliance, and reporting
  • Maintain administrative records and daily reports
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
  • Manage calls, emails, and customer service communication
  • Support resort management with office administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, OTA extranets, billing software, booking systems)
  • Professional appearance and guest-handling ability
  • Previous hospitality/front office/admin experience preferred
  • Knowledge of billing, documentation, and basic accounting coordination
  • Ability to manage both operational and administrative duties efficiently

Location: Pinewood Resort, Karjat
