Job Description
Job Title:* Data Entry Operator
*Industry:* Manufacturing / Chemical Industry
*Location:* Lohop
*CTC:* ₹2,00,000/- per annum
## Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator responsible for maintaining accurate data entries in SAP/ERP systems related to purchase, sales, inventory, and production activities.
## Key Responsibilities
* Daily data entry in SAP/ERP system.
* Entry of Purchase Orders, GRN, Sales Orders, Invoices, E-way Bills, etc.
* Update stock and inventory records in SAP.
* Maintain and close production entries in SAP/ERP system.
* Verify data accuracy before final submission.
* Generate basic reports from SAP as required.
* Maintain digital records and system files properly.
* Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, and Production departments for accurate entries.
## Qualification & Experience
* B.Com / 12th Pass
* 1–3 years of experience in any industry preferred.
* Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP systems preferred.
## Additional Information
* Bachelor accommodation will be provided.
* No canteen & transport facility available.
