### *Job Summary*
We are looking for a *Maintenance Technician / Fitter* who will be responsible for routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of plant machinery and equipment. The role ensures smooth plant operations, reduced downtime, and adherence to safety standards.

### *Key Responsibilities*
* Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of machines and motors.
* Handle and maintain equipment such as small boilers, panel boards, hot air generators, burners, etc.
* Identify machine faults and carry out effective troubleshooting.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
* Prioritize and execute daily maintenance work orders efficiently.
* Read and understand machine manuals for proper operation and maintenance.
* Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations during maintenance work.
* Keep machines and equipment in good working condition to maximize efficiency.
* Coordinate with management regarding breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance requirements.
