Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
=Manage day-to-day plant operations.
=Achieve daily production targets.
=Supervise supervisors and workers.
=Ensure smooth machine operations and maintenance.
=Manage raw materials, inventory, and dispatch.
=Maintain product quality and safety standards.
=Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
=Coordinate with all departments.
=Improve productivity and reduce operational costs
