Job Description
Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in computer systems and records. The role includes preparing reports, maintaining files, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Key Responsibilities Enter and update data in Excel
- Maintain employee, production, attendance, or stock records
- Verify data accuracy before submission
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Scan and upload documents when required
- Coordinate with departments for required information
- Maintain confidentiality of company data
- Perform basic office and administrative work
- Required SkillsBasic computer knowledge
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Qualification
- HSC / Graduate preferred
- Basic computer course certification preferred
- Experience
- Fresher or 1–2 years experience in data entry/admin work
- Working Conditions
- Office-based work
- 6 days working (as per company policy)
