Job Description

📌 Back Office Executive – Job DescriptionSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month


Work Timing: 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM


Job Type: Full-time


Department: Back Office / Administration

  • 🔹 Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage daily data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle documentation, file management, and internal paperwork.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other backend administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
  • Manage emails, calls, and internal communication.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and business documents.
  • Update databases, CRM, or company software regularly.
  • Support the operations team in day-to-day activities.
  • 🔹 Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills (basic English/Hindi/Marathi as needed).
  • Typing speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • 🔹 EligibilityMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Fresher or 1–2 years of experience can apply.
