Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach Business Studies subject to senior secondary classes as per CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
• Conduct interactive and practical classroom sessions for better conceptual understanding.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ academic performance and provide guidance accordingly.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Prepare students for board examinations and competitive academic standards.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, workshops, and parent-teacher interactions.
• Use modern teaching methodologies and digital tools for effective learning.
• Maintain records of attendance, performance, and progress reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s Degree in Commerce/Business Studies or related subject.
• B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and board examination pattern.
