Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, well-presented, and guest-focused Front Office professional who can ensure smooth resort operations, manage reservations efficiently, maximize room sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, a welcoming smile, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on hospitality and revenue growth.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & RelationsWelcome guests warmly and create a memorable first impression.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide personalized guest assistance throughout their stay.
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction and encourage positive reviews.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests and ensure proper guest handholding from reservation to departure.
  • Reservations & Front Office OperationsManage room reservations through calls, WhatsApp, OTAs, email, and walk-ins.
  • Ensure accurate booking entries and room allocation.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness.
  • Monitor room inventory and occupancy levels.
  • Maintain guest records and reservation data accurately.
  • Sales & Revenue GenerationConvert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Upsell room categories, meal plans, activities, and resort packages.
  • Follow up on leads and pending inquiries.
  • Work towards occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and repeat guests.
  • Identify opportunities to increase direct bookings and reduce OTA dependency.
  • Communication & CoordinationCoordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and management teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication regarding arrivals, departures, and special guest requirements.
  • Prepare daily reports on occupancy, reservations, and guest feedback.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
  • Good sales and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
  • Preferred QualificationsGraduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality front office operations.
  • Experience handling reservations and guest relations.
  • Knowledge of OTA platforms such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, and Goibibo is preferred.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Reservation conversion rate.
  • Occupancy growth.
  • Guest satisfaction scores and reviews.
  • Upselling revenue.
  • Repeat guest bookings.
  • Response time to inquiries.
  • Check-in and check-out efficiency.
