Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide academic counselling to prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person/virtual meetings
- Understand student needs and recommend appropriate courses/programs
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into enrollments
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the admission process
- Explain course details, fee structure, and career outcomes clearly
- Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, marketing, faculty)
- Conduct webinars, seminars, or orientation sessions when required
- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and engagement
