Hiring For Banking Voice Process- Sales!!!
Job Description:
The role involves interacting with customers over calls to promote banking products and ensure excellent service deliver.
Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound & Outbound calls related to banking products.
Promote and cross- sell financial products/ services.
Maintain customer satisfaction.
Update customer information accurately in the system.
Requirement:
Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil Or English & Telugu Or English & Hindi Or English & Kannada.
Graduation is Mandatory.
Good sales and convincing skills.
Work Details:
Location- Kochi, Kalamassery.
6 days working.
1 rotational week off.
Day shifts.
Salary- 19,000 CTC and 15,000 Take Home.
