About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the internal team.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up with leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
