Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize floors, restrooms, fitting rooms, windows, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Clean spills and hazards promptly to ensure customer safety
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Restock restroom supplies (soap, paper towels, tissue)
- Support store team with light maintenance tasks
- Follow company health and safety policies
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
- Helping teammate for installation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required)
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is an advantage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina (standing, bending, lifting up to 25–50 lbs)
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
