Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Driver Sourcing Executive to identify, engage, and onboard drivers in Kerala. The role involves end-to-end sourcing, initial screening, and coordination to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential drivers through various channels (field activities, referrals, job portals, and campaigns)
• Conduct initial screening and eligibility checks of driver candidates
• Educate drivers about onboarding requirements, processes, and benefits
• Assist drivers with document collection and submission
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and activation
• Track and follow up on leads to improve conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records of sourced candidates and onboarding status
• Address driver queries and provide support throughout the onboarding journey

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills are required to speak in Malayalam
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of onboarding processes and documentation
• Familiarity with local areas and driver networks is an added advantage
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
