Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- TDS, GST & Income Tax Filing Experience.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records accurately.
- Handle billing, vendor payments related to apartment operations.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and expense statements.
- Coordinate with management committees, vendors, and auditors.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
- Supervise and lead the accounting team, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking.
- Handle financial documentation and record keeping efficiently.
Candidates perusing CA/CMA with audit firm experience are preferred.
