Tech PM – Manager
The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Management leader to lead large-scale programs and complex technology initiatives. In this role, you will be accountable for delivery excellence, governance rigor, and stakeholder confidence, while shaping PMO ways of working and mentoring high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs and multi-workstream projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, business outcomes, and delivery commitments. Take ownership of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and benefits realization across the program lifecycle.
- Governance and Executive Oversight
- Define, establish, and operate robust governance frameworks including reporting structures, escalation mechanisms, and decision forums. Lead steering committees and executive reviews, ensuring transparency, accountability, and decision-to-execution traceability.
- Stakeholder and Client Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership. Manage expectations, address escalations, and balance competing priorities while maintaining strong client relationships and delivery confidence.
- Financial and Resource Management
- Oversee program budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking to ensure cost control and optimal resource utilization. Manage capacity planning and resourcing across projects and workstreams.
- Risk, Dependency, and Issue Management
- Own program-level risk, issue, and dependency management, driving proactive mitigation strategies, clear escalation paths, and timely resolution of delivery challenges.
- People Leadership and Capability Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor PMO team members, fostering a performance-driven, collaborative culture. Contribute to capability building, quality assurance, and continuous improvement within the PMO function.
To Qualify for the Role You Must Have
- Education
- Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in project or program management, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale technology or transformation programs in consulting or complex enterprise environments.
- Core Skills
- Deep expertise in project and program management frameworks, governance models, and delivery controls. Strong capability in managing multiple workstreams, vendors, and senior stakeholder groups.
- Technology Awareness
- Broad understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, with functional awareness of emerging digital and AI-enabled solutions to support informed decision-making and risk management.
- Communication and Leadership
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and make sound delivery decisions under pressure.
- Certifications (Strongly Preferred)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications. Agile certifications such as SAFe, Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP are desirable.
Skills Desired
- Experience leading enterprise-scale technology or digital transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of DevOps and modern delivery models.
- Experience with ServiceNow (PPM / SPM / ITSM), Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms at program level.
- Ability to drive collaboration across business, technology, and vendor leadership.
- Functional awareness of AI-enabled initiatives from a governance and delivery perspective.
