We are seeking a seasoned Technology Project Management professional to play a critical role in supporting and delivering complex technology and transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with clients, internal teams, and leadership to plan, execute, and control projects, while ensuring strong governance, disciplined execution, and high-quality outcomes across the delivery lifecycle.

Lead and solution Project management AI use cases for client engagement and create assets along with creating a GTM approach for them

Project Management and Delivery

Lead and support end-to-end project delivery across one or more workstreams, ensuring that scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies are actively managed throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, detailed schedules, milestone trackers, and dependency maps, while ensuring alignment with agreed delivery timelines and quality standards.

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership. Facilitate requirements workshops, planning sessions, and status reviews, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and proactively managed. Provide regular, structured communication on progress, risks, issues, and decisions.

Governance, Reporting, and Controls

Establish and maintain strong project governance artefacts including status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, decision registers, and action trackers. Support governance forums such as steering committees and working groups, ensuring accurate reporting, decision traceability, and follow-through on agreed actions.

Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management

Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies, working with stakeholders to define mitigation strategies and escalation paths. Ensure risks and issues are tracked transparently and addressed in a timely manner to minimize delivery impact.

PMO Enablement and Continuous Improvement

Contribute to the development and enhancement of PMO standards, templates, and delivery best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives by bringing lessons learned and practical insights from project execution.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

Education

Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

Experience

5–8 years of progressive experience in project management or PMO roles, with demonstrated experience delivering technology-enabled or transformation initiatives. Experience working in structured PMO environments, coordinating across multiple teams and vendors, and supporting client-facing engagements is strongly preferred.

Core Skills

Strong practical knowledge of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models. Proven experience using tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or similar platforms for planning, tracking, and reporting.

Technology Awareness

Functional understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and delivery lifecycles. General awareness of digital and AI-enabled solutions sufficient to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder conversations, without requiring hands-on technical development expertise.

Communication and Leadership

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, executive-ready reporting and confidently engage with senior stakeholders.

Certifications (Preferred)

PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent project management certifications. Agile certifications such as Scrum Master or SAFe are an advantage.

Skills Desired

• Experience managing technology or digital projects in multi-vendor environments. Knowledge of ERP implementations such as SAP, Oracle or MS Dyamics is preferred
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and release coordination.
• Exposure to delivery and portfolio tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Functional awareness of digital and AI-enabled initiatives from a delivery perspective.
