Job SummaryA Business Development Manager is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, maintaining client relationships, and increasing revenue. The role involves market research, sales strategy, lead generation, and negotiating business deals to expand the organization’s customer base and market presence.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Develop and implement sales and business growth strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
