Job SummaryA Business Development Manager is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, maintaining client relationships, and increasing revenue. The role involves market research, sales strategy, lead generation, and negotiating business deals to expand the organization’s customer base and market presence.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Develop and implement sales and business growth strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, agreements, and partnerships with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve customer acquisition.
- Achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred in some companies).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building ability.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
