This is not a desk job.
The role involves daily field visits, meeting local business owners, onboarding customers, training users, and regular follow-up.
About the Role
We are an early-stage business building an operations product for local service businesses. We need a practical, street-smart person who can identify prospects, visit them, explain the product, onboard customers, and support users on-site.
Product details will be shared with shortlisted candidates
Responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Visit local businesses in Kochi/Ernakulam daily
- Identify and speak with owners/managers/ground staff
- Explain the product and convert suitable customers
- Help new customers start using the product
- Train users on-site
- Follow up regularly with prospects and customers
- Maintain simple daily reports on visits, leads, and conversions
- Share field feedback to improve the product and process
- RequirementsComfortable with daily field work and local travel
- Good Malayalam communication
- Basic English preferred
- Confident speaking with business owners and staff
- Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets/Excel skills
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Field sales, B2B sales, merchant onboarding, POS/payment sales, facility management, or operations experience preferred
Who Should Apply
