Job Description
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the company's products and services.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication until closure.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM or database.
- Address customer queries and objections professionally to build trust and close sales.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports and sales performance updates.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
