Job Description
Role Overview:The Hub Incharge will be responsible for managing day-to-day hub operations, ensuring smooth execution of deliveries, rider management, process adherence, and achieving operational targets. The role requires strong team handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills to maintain hub efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage daily hub operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle rider onboarding, allocation, attendance, and performance tracking.
- Ensure timely deployment of riders and completion of delivery targets.
- Monitor rider productivity, login hours, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements and issue resolution.
- Maintain hub-level MIS reports and share regular updates.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance at the hub.
- Track and manage inventory/assets (if applicable).
- Handle rider queries, grievances, and operational challenges.
- Ensure process adherence and implement improvements for better efficiency.
- Support hiring and onboarding of delivery executives/riders as per business requirements.
- Monitor customer experience metrics and take corrective actions.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance discussions.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, hub management, or similar roles.
- Experience in handling teams and field operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Delivery completion rate
- Rider productivity and retention
- Hub operational efficiency
- Attendance and discipline management
- Timely MIS reporting
- Customer satisfaction metrics
- Cost and process optimization
Preferred Experience: E-commerce, last-mile delivery, logistics, or fleet operations.
