Job Description

Job Title: Front Office Executive / ReceptionistLocation: Kochi-Pathadipalam

Job Type: Night Shift

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 / month (Adjust as per company)

Experience: 0 - 2 Years (Freshers can apply)

Gender: Male.

AGE: 30 -45

Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

  • Key Responsibilities: Welcome visitors/clients with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Answer incoming calls, handle queries, and transfer calls to the right department.
  • Manage daily courier inward/outward registers and visitor logbooks.
  • Coordinate appointments, room bookings, and meeting schedules.
  • Maintain a clean front desk area and track basic office supplies.
  • Requirements: Good communication skills (English & Local Language).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel / Email).
  • Neat, professional appearance and punctual behavior.

Food and accommodation provided by the hotel.
