Restaurant Captain

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Restaurant Captain to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will lead the service team efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage service staff including waiters and stewards
• Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
• Deliver excellent customer service and promptly handle guest complaints
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team for timely and accurate order service
• Oversee table setup, service flow, and cleanliness standards
• Monitor order accuracy, billing processes, and customer satisfaction
• Train and guide junior staff to maintain service quality

Candidate Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 1+ year in a similar role
• Language Skills: Basic English communication
